This study evaluates the Moon Jae-in government's teacher policy based on the CIPP model and suggests directions for future teacher policies. The evaluation revealed that most policies were deemed appropriate, but there were policy limitations that did not consider the declining student population and the competitive teacher recruitment situation. Positive outcomes included improvements in early childhood teachers' treatment and an increase in the quota for non-teaching teachers, and future reforms in teacher training systems and administrative workload reduction are needed.
