Summary

This study examined the experience and perceptions of collaborative team approaches and support needs between special education teachers and related service personnel in inclusive daycare centers, focusing on IEP implementation. The results revealed differences in perceptions of IEPs between the two groups, along with difficulties in communication and support, and expectations for each other as information providers. The study also highlighted the need for building a cooperative network and institutional improvements to enhance collaborative team approaches.
