Summary

This study investigated the relationship between flight attendants’ structural and content career plateaus and customer orientation, as well as the moderating role of LMX. The results showed that career plateau negatively affects customer orientation, and LMX significantly moderates the relationship between content career plateau and customer orientation. Higher perceptions of LMX were found to mitigate the negative impact of content career plateau on customer orientation.
