Summary

This study analyzed the perception pattern of elementary school pre-service teachers’ response to conflict. The results showed that pre-service teachers tended to respond to conflict in the order of compromise, avoidance, integration, compliance, and competition. Female students were more avoidance and compliance, while being more compromising and integrated compared to male students. Significant differences in perception related to avoidance were observed in specific questions.
