Summary

This study investigated the moderated mediation effect of human rights sensitivity in the relationship between empathic ability, professional ethics in teaching, and organizational effectiveness among early childhood teachers in Changwon (n=496). The results showed that empathic ability influenced organizational effectiveness through professional ethics in teaching, and this relationship was moderated by human rights sensitivity. These findings suggest the importance of enhancing human rights sensitivity to improve organizational effectiveness among early childhood teachers.
