Summary
This study investigated the effect of teachers' burnout and perception of damage to child behavior on acceptable understanding of child abuse behavior. The results showed that teacher burnout, particularly depersonalization, significantly affected the acceptable understanding of child abuse behavior, and the perception of damage to child behavior also had an important influence. This suggests the importance of supporting the working environment and providing educational support for childcare teachers to prevent child abuse.
