Summary

This study conducted and analyzed the effects of a hybrid Korean language discussion class utilizing Spatial, a metaverse platform, in response to changes in the educational environment in the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution. The results showed that Spatial was useful in enhancing the sense of space in discussion classes, stimulating learner interest, and activating information retrieval and cooperative learning during the discussion preparation stage.
