Summary

This study investigated the reality of nutrition education among nutrition teachers in elementary, middle, and high schools, as well as their awareness and demand for non-face-to-face online nutrition education. The results showed that nutrition education was more actively implemented in elementary schools, but teachers faced difficulties due to workload. Limitations of online nutrition education included a lack of presence and restrictions on activity-based classes, and providing diverse content levels was suggested as an improvement.
