Summary

This study developed a method for coating polycaprolactone (PCL) electrospun mats with polypyrrole (PPy) in the presence of phytic acid. Phytic acid promoted PPy coating and enhanced the conductivity of the PCL-PPy composite. This method is expected to be suitable for large-scale production at a low cost.
