Summary

This study examined the relationship between creating shared value (CSV) activities of hotel companies and their corporate image, innovation behavior, and corporate performance. The survey results indicated that CSV activities positively influence corporate image and performance, and promote innovation behavior among organizational members. Furthermore, corporate image was found to be a prerequisite for improving innovation behavior and performance.
