Summary

This study aimed to identify the nursing leadership of new graduate nurses through focus group interviews with nurse administrators. The analysis revealed that nursing leadership for new nurses consists of intrapersonal (active initiative, self-awareness and self-management), interpersonal (communication, consideration and cooperation), and job-related (responsibility, work sensitivity) dimensions.
