Summary

This study utilized the Q-methodology to classify early childhood teachers’ perceptions of caring into four types: child-centered protection, professional-based responsibility, relationship-based cooperation, and child rights-based support. The results indicated that most early childhood teachers perceived caring as protecting and supporting children.
