Summary

This study investigated the mediating effect of career preparation behavior on the relationship between educational service quality and major satisfaction among students at fisheries and shipping high schools. The results indicated a significant positive correlation between educational service quality and major satisfaction, with career preparation behavior partially mediating this relationship. This suggests that improving educational service quality can positively influence students’ major satisfaction and career preparation.
