Summary

This study analyzed the influence of job stress and self-efficacy on the job satisfaction of elementary after-school instructors. The results showed that job stress was higher in female instructors than in male instructors, and higher in subject instructors than in non-subject instructors, while self-efficacy and job satisfaction were higher in instructors with more than 5 years of experience. Furthermore, job stress negatively affected job satisfaction, and self-efficacy positively affected it.
