Summary

This study examined the effectiveness of the New Learning program for low-achieving students and the potential application of the MTSS model. Reading intervention was conducted for 60 students in grades 3, 4, and 5 over two semesters, and pre-post-maintenance tests were compared. Significant improvements were observed in most areas, except for some areas in 4th grade. Based on these results, implications for the design of support programs for low-achieving students were discussed.
