Summary

This study qualitatively analyzes the experiences of students in the architecture department of a community college through industrial commissioned education, identifying their motivations, purposes, and difficulties, and suggesting improvements. Learners had clear motivations for obtaining a degree and improving their work, but experienced difficulties such as lack of time, academic disruption, and challenges in further education. The research results lead to recommendations for realizing the social responsibility of education, including flexible curricula, consideration from industries, and the introduction of study leave.
