Summary

This study developed and evaluated the effectiveness of a teacher training program for students who commit cyber-bullying. The developed program was found to be effective in enhancing teachers' awareness of cyber-bullying, teaching efficacy, and response capabilities, and is expected to stop the vicious cycle of perpetrators through empathy education, negative emotion education, and internet ethics education.
