Summary

This study analyzed the impact of delivery food selection attributes on satisfaction and behavioral intention among college students, identifying three factors: food quality and hygiene, marketing, and additional service. Notably, food quality and hygiene significantly affected satisfaction, which in turn influenced loyalty.
