Summary

This study investigated the relationships among self-efficacy, major satisfaction, academic stress, and depression in nursing students, and identified factors influencing depression. The results showed a negative correlation between self-efficacy and major satisfaction with depression, and a positive correlation between academic stress and depression; academic stress and major satisfaction were key factors explaining depression.
