Summary

This study investigated the effects of flying yoga exercise on physical fitness, body composition, and cortisol levels in middle-aged women. After 12 weeks of flying yoga, the exercise group showed significant improvements in back strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, and cardiorespiratory endurance, along with reduced body fat and lower cortisol levels compared to the control group.
