This study aimed to determine the levels of body satisfaction, perceived image, and life satisfaction among middle-aged women, and to analyze the effects of body satisfaction and perceived image on life satisfaction. The results showed that higher satisfaction with makeup, hair, and body type was associated with greater life satisfaction, particularly when perceived as elegant and luxurious. Therefore, enhancing makeup satisfaction and cultivating an elegant image are crucial for improving the life satisfaction of middle-aged women, along with embracing age-appropriate images.
