Summary

This study analyzed the influence of SNS marketing characteristics on intention to visit and purchase behaviors in hair salons. The results showed that accessibility, relevance, interactivity, and playfulness positively influenced the intention to visit and purchase behaviors, and the intention to visit a hair salon significantly affected purchase behavior.
