본 연구는 코로나19 팬데믹 상황에서 젊은 세대가 인식하는 직무 불안정이 심리적 안녕감과 삶의 만족도에 미치는 부정적인 영향을 고령 세대와 비교하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 직무 불안정 인식은 심리적 안녕감과 삶의 만족도에 유의미한 부정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 특히 젊은 세대에서 이러한 영향이 더욱 강하게 나타났다.
