Summary
This study conducted a narrative inquiry to explore the instructing experience of lifelong education field practice leaders in depth. The results showed that the leaders started practice guidance with a sense of responsibility and hope for change, and grew through utilizing trainee experiences and providing customized guidance reflecting the characteristics of the community. This experience contributed to the leaders’ value creation and establishment of their identity as lifelong educators.
