This study aims to present an urban space creation plan for improving the quality of life of citizens, focusing on Wanju Culture City. By analyzing citizen demands through social media big data text mining and citizen meetings/workshops, the study proposes a plan considering the historical identity, participatory spatiality, and cultural spatiality of urban space. This research contributes to establishing cultural city planning by moving away from the narrow concept of limiting cultural city creation factors to specific fields of culture and art.
