Summary
This study aims to define the concept of AI and digital competency and to develop common AI and digital competencies and sub-competencies focused on the teaching activities of elementary and secondary school teachers. Through literature analysis and a Delphi survey, four common competencies (AI and digital understanding, educational use, professional development, and ethical use) and 18 sub-competencies were derived.
