Summary
This study assessed the disaster vulnerability of local cultural heritage utilization projects by applying an exposure-sensitivity-adaptive capacity framework to cultural heritage organizations through focus group interviews and surveys. The analysis revealed that these organizations were exposed to fire and collisions, with low disaster response capabilities. Based on these findings, the study proposed policy measures such as education and training, manual distribution, and governance encouragement to reduce disaster vulnerability and enhance resilience.
