This study analyzed mindfulness-based virtual reality (VR) content for enhancing the psychological well-being of the elderly in an aging society. Currently commercialized content primarily focuses on pure observation, cognitive restructuring, and emotional regulation, and it is suggested that incorporating content related to interpersonal relationships and introspection could contribute to the sustained well-being and quality of life of the elderly.
