Summary

This study aimed to develop a collaborative learning consultation model, with active participation of elementary master teachers, to enhance students’ self-regulated learning skills. Survey results indicated that master teachers recognized the need to strengthen students’ self-regulated learning skills and expressed willingness to implement direct or indirect learning consultation. Based on these findings, a collaborative learning consultation model was developed for implementation with school members and external experts.
